Always a genuine and welcoming visit to Agile Therapy from all the staff. For someone who has such a complicated range of connected issues, I truly can’t recommend the team enough if looking for somewhere in South Wales, as the treatment and support is second to none, along with no pressure to rebook a few appointments as some places do. Even during such difficult times with the Pandemic , the attention to detail for both staff and client is spot on.

After recently having a shoulder op I needed face to face physio. Agile Therapy were my first choice, I'd heard such good reports about them. Upon arrival there was hand sanitiser for you to use & spare face masks in case you forgot yours. My appointment was with Rebekah Knight. She made me feel very welcome & safe with her friendly professional manner. Rebekah was kind & understanding (I was very sore) & nothing was too much trouble, including writing to my doctor to chase up results. The exercises Rebekah gave me to work on at home, were clear & concise & easy to follow, she even emailed them to me to ensure I didn't forget! So great to have these guys on my doorstep.

I first visited Agile Therapy when I wanted help with a recurring knee injury that was putting my first marathon attempt at risk. Kate was fantastic and took me from the brink of quitting the first time that I met her on the Thursday, to running my first half that same weekend; and then the marathon a few months later. She's given me techniques to manage any recurring injuries and approaches everything with immense positivity. During my training I injured myself several times, and every time, Kate pieced me back together. I cannot recommend Kate, David and the Agile team enough, nor can I thank them enough. Just book your appointment and go!
