I had never sold anything via an auction house before. I called in for a chat to find out what to do. The whole process was explained clearly. I left an item for a free valuation, unfortunately it slipped through the net and I had to ring to chase it up. I received an appology and the valuation was quickly supplied. I needed another question answered so contacted them by email and got a very rapid response which answered my query in detail. I was sent a pre auction invoice detailing what was being sold and when and a post auction letter showing hammer price. Just waiting for bacs payment which will be a couple of weeks. Overall, very happy with the whole process it has been much easier than anticipated. I will certainly use them again.

Competitive terms on commissions both selling and buying. General and Fine Art auctions covered most months of the year. On the larger sale items delivery can be arranged at cost. Tea, coffee and snacks available on sale days thoroughly recommend Next general auction the 29th of Jan at 11am viewing from 9am, pop along you will be surprised. Have a cuppa and make your mind up !
