Potentially biased! I've worked here for a few years. But that being said, when I first started I was always super impressed at how well everything ran/ the standard we were told to keep, how clean the place is, and just how much fun it is to work here and be responsible for other people having fun! Many years later, I'm still always impressed by this place, and I still enjoy delivering a fun and safe time for customers. Definitely recommend

Very fun day here for my birthday This place is even fun on a rainy day The instructor was lovely and fun.. chatty and funny too. Reasonable prices Extremely fun Lovely waiting area and viewing from upstairs cafe. Only critic I can make is the changing rooms absolutely STINK of urine The wet suits are wet and smelly.. ripped in areas too but okay for a one off I guess The shoes are smelly too. Full of water. Not very nice to wear but shut up and put up cause that's all soon forgotten when you head out onto your raft. Changing rooms do need a good Bleach and disinfectant 3 times a day though Would also be good if there were cameras placed around the course that took images just like theme parks do.. and then a room you could go in to hunt down your pictures select them to print off.. that would be a really good idea as many would pay for that if not you need someone who isnt participating to take some shots of you doing it and it's pretty boring for that person. In all we all thoroughly enjoyed every second it was a laugh and can't wait to come again even with the smelly changing rooms lol

Great for park and play. Numbers are kept low which means more Eddies are empty and more waves are free to surf. If I could change one thing it would be the back section, it would be cool to see it slowed down to create better waves/holes to surf. So you don't get the bunching up of people at the top. Not sure how possible that is! :)

Great place for experts and beginners or for people who just want an instructor led activity

Me and my son have just had a fantastic Paddle boarding taser. Our instructor Nikky couldn't have been better, she catered for each individuals needs and was thoroughly professional and encouraging. The Covid safety measures were spot on, with a clear one way system and outdoor changing and lockers. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely love the indoor surfing and the white water course. Great fun for the whole family and of course the better you get, the more fun it is. A bit cold in the winter months for the outdoor activity but the surf's up all year!

Restaurant in a beautiful setting. Just popped in for a drink but the place is absolutely gorgeous and was like being abroad whilst still actually being in Ipswich. I've heard good things about the food too and will be going back to try it soon.
