Good engineer's can usually get to you quickly if there is a fault very helpful and professional.

Fitted a wireless alarm in our business claiming it is better than wired. Problem after problem since installation and guess what, we need to foot their expensive repair bills. One example they charged us 230 to replace two AA batteries in the outside box with a ladder. Avoid. Never again in my life.
