Very happy with a good renewal price for my Leon. The guy who answered my call was Surrender Mohandas. He was very helpful and I will be sticking with diamond / admiral group for a long time. Highly recommend this company for good customer service and great prices.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I wish I could give a 0 star review. I had a policy with them and my partner was in a crash which was not his fault. We told diamond that we wanted in no way to accept any liability when in fact they went behind our backs without telling us and went 50/50 responsibility with the other claimants insurance. They asked why I did not want to accept liability and I advised we was in no way in the wrong and we had dash cam footage that proved this if I accepted liability I lost all my 5 years no claims that I had built up. When I called to ask why they accepted 50/50 the lad on the phone was SO RUDE!! Saying I’ve seen the footage and I think your in the wrong. I asked did he have a licence? Have you read the Highway Code? He said no... so his opinion was pointless and he still argued with me on the phone using the words ‘you win some you loose some’ disgusting. I had 3 solicitors and 2 driving instructors look at my dash cam footage all agreed that the other claimant was fully in the wrong. Diamond said it worked out better for them and cheaper for them to settle 50/50 no care what so ever for their customer. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
Terrible company, I made a claim for some cosmetic damage and then they added an additional 200 a month on top of what I pay already until my premium ends. They have reviewed my policy given that the incident happened last year and was never even reported to them till this year. You never speak with the same person and they like to pass you from one department to the other, without any answers to your enquiries. Avoid.
After being with Diamond for 7 years, I was surprised to receive a nice 88 bill/warning from Diamond insurance. They auto-renewed my policy without my knowledge. They didn't have my payment details, but no problem! They renewed it anyway for 22 days and then canceled it (charging a 50 cancelation fee). So... without my knowledge, they renewed my policy, then canceled it, and then charged a cancelation fee hahah! AND on a side note, watch out because they will try to increase your renewal premiums every year, hoping you won't bother to check. Every year I had to negotiate to get it lowered.
