Please avoid at all costs. Back glass on phone had smashed. Waited over a month for it to be repaired. Within a couple of weeks the camera housing fell off. Returned the phone for it to be repaired. Phone came back and camera quality was significantly reduced almost as if they hadn't wiped the lense before re attaching the camera housing. Returned the phone again and when it came back the camera quality was slightly better than it was but nowhere near as good as it was. The reason I bought the phone was for the camera and now it's grainy. Please avoid this company. Do not use!

I sent my Shure Se535 to be reshelled. I was told it was a simple process to replace the plastic housing. I was happy to pay the 53 pounds. Unfortunately Electronic Partners broke a driver in the earphone while doing there simple process. They are refusing to refund me and don’t answer emails. Beware they are a total ripoff. . If like me you wanted to reuse and recycle your device rather than buy a new one, do not use this company. It is faster, less hassle and cheaper to purchase a new device. My device stopped charging correctly. I sent it in and had the device returned promptly after payment. In less than 3 months, the same issue occurred so the device was returned for a warranty repair. I was informed that a different fault was the cause so paid for it to be repaired again. Less than 3 months the device failed for a 3rd time in exactly the same way, the charging port becomes loose and no longer works. The device was sent back for a 3rd time as a warranty repair but remarkably, a new fault was the cause of the issue. I paid a 3rd time and have had the device returned. As expected, the device has failed for a 4th time. I will not sent it in for a costly repair with this company as the work completed is clearly to a sub standard quality. The device which has worked perfectly for years has failed 4 times for the same reason after being repaired by their "expert" technicians on 3 occasions. During this time, the contact I received from the customer service team was unhelpful and accusational. I can only recommend that you use a different service as the service I have been provided has been less than poor.
