DISGUSTING SERVICE! Food is so lovely but the waits are terrible! I’ve just waited 2 hours for my food (over 50minutes late), I was guaranteed by the driver that the food would be hot - it was freezing. I had another delivery driver ringing me telling me he’s got lost delivering my food even though I already had it (?), and then refused a refund from rude staff members! Please collect your food if you order from here.
A punter who visits here will find themselves in a children's creche filled with prams, milk bottles and toys lying around on the floor. I guess that doesn't matter since 99.9% of their business here is call-out and delivery. The food though is quite good, and prices are acceptable.
