I am satisfied with the service here at Jack and Jones. I had great customer service from a lovely young lady called Ellen, she was very kind and honest. She was a very good saleswoman, very happy and cheerful. I have bought multiple outfits and always come back to her for more clothes.

Made a trip there for the first time yesterday (5th sept '19) at the Cardiff store and bought a pair of jeans at 17.47. I feel I need to give a nice review purely for the amazing service I had from the chap that served me. He is genuinely enthusiastic about the brand and deserves to go far. I have my own business and I really appreciate when people go the extra mile, even when they do not need to. Great work! Jeans were butter-soft and fitted me like a glove :)

What a pleasurable place to shop the staff are very curtious and helpful and totally customer focused which is very rear these days. The clothes are excellent quality and good prices. I would highly recommend them

Had a brilliant experience here - special mention to Kasia, who was very helpful and polite and dropped everything just to help us, even with my running all over the shop - genuinely one of the best experiences I've had buying clothes! 5 stars!
