I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my films to be washed. I have been called your customer service several times and they kept telling me they can’t find it. They can’t contact anybody and they have no information to provide. Literally they know nothing. I placed this order at your Cardiff store and none of your staffs told me that store is closing. When I went to try to pick up my order by the time your staff told me, I found the store has already closed. Those photos are really important to me. It’s not fair for me to keep waiting and waiting while your staff said they know nothing about it!!! You should have someone specifically deal with this case!!! I’m sure we are not the only customer who’s been through this!
Been here twice to have a photo done for a little one for passport. They have a nice bag for little babies and staff was very friendly and patient with the toddler and have done at least 50 shoots to get the perfect one. Both times was given a 50 free prints. Also very helpful and managed to develop very old photos I never thought would see. Highly recommended.
Brilliant costumer service. Even on the telephone I was dealt with fantastically. Traded my old camera body and lens for an upgrade. I felt confident with the information provided. And the staff member (Kyle) in the Cardiff branch went above and beyond for me
I had my passport photos taken in Jessops on Churchill Way in Cardiff. They were taken traditionally (with a digital camera) though the helpful and friendly lady assured me they use a computer programme to check each photo is suitable for a huge variety of different passport offices. I got 6 pics for 10 and a free voucher to get 50 digital pics printed, which is redeemable at any Jessops. I'm glad I did not have my photos done in a booth.
I value the presence of this shop; it has served me very well for the last 3 years since I started to get deeper into photography. I have purchased several cameras and lenses and attended 2 courses there. More than once the most-helpful staff have sorted out a camera problem that I could not fathom out from the manual. In recent months, the range of stock on display at the current Churchill Way site has dwindled significantly. I am told that this is due to an imminent move to a more prominent site in St David’s Centre. I get that the current administration review may be holding up this move. However, on-line selling is more effective if there is a local shop presence where customers can feel and handle the goods, and get on-going advice and support. Jessops - please have faith in the need for a Cardiff shop in a good site and get your full range back on display.
