A big thank you to Limegreen and all the team. I needed to replace my boiler and upgrade some radiators. They help me choose the right boiler and radiators. The installation went really well. They arrived on time, complete with their masks. Very professional and tidy. Really impressed that they cleaned up too. (I've had other tradesmen in before who left all the mess for me to clear up.) Really, really happy with the finished job. Especially as one of new radiators meant drilling through a thick stone wall to avoid ugly pipes on the wall. Thank you again. Would definitely recommend Limegreen.

After being let down by a previous GS engineer who rather than use his initiative to find and fix a fault with my boiler which had a gas leak, decided instead to go the easy route and shut off the gas at the meter and cap off appliances without any explanation in his report of the problems he found, leaving me with no hot water or heating. On phoning Limegreen they reassured me they would do a proper inspection and detail the issues for my insurance purposes and made an appointment for the very next day. I was very pleased to find the care and attention was above my expectation. Tom the GS engineer took his time and would call me to show and explain what he was doing as he knew I was concerned about the gas leak. He succeeded where the other engineer failed and repaired my boiler! I now have my hot water and heating back. He gave a detailed report to satisfy my insurance company and I can confidently say they were very professional and I can highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again if need be. I also made an appointment the same day for them to service my mothers boiler. She is 88 and has asked me to also express her satisfaction of a job well done. She said they were also extremely thorough and took their time, it's very reassuring to find a company you can rely on.

Very satisfied with Limegreen. I had a new boiler installed and radiators put back on. The boys arrived promptly, were polite and provided dust sheets for the flooring and carpets and tidied up after themselves. Everything was explained to me. I had some queries which the office dealt with and were extremely helpful and friendly. I also had a follow up call the day after to make sure everything was going well. 5 star service. Highly recommend.
