The most difficult customer care I have ever had to deal with, tried explaining that the bank sent my confirmation last nite when I tried to purchase something to a old phone 2 years old don't no why because they have often used my newest number, cut long story short I have.naw got to take time of work to go to bank with I'd when I have proved who I am on phone to them twice naw with numerous questions, witch is fair enough they doing there job,and most recent conversations with bank staff was they can't disguise the case with me, like I was a criminal, going to cost me a days pay to take I'd to bank when they messed up using old number when we been using this number for years,oh ye and I've naw lost out on the item I wanted to bye ha,well I knaw feel better getting that of my chest let's go book day of for natwest, have a good day all

i complained about my bank statement been order since 12/1 but now not even arrived, till i chat with the Natwest service i been responded that it the driver not able to find my building, i now even had had to print of the internet my self as time constraint, came to branch for stamp as it not official bank stationary, which was a night mare as the bank denying stamp on every pages of the statement and told that i wasting every time? charge people money, left stranded, very heartless so what the point i did go through all this trouble and be humiliated myself? I came to Natwest with high expectation and be let down, so i had to sort it out myself, crawling to Natwest for stamp help, been humiliated, even though i been charged for this whole process??? on my own, been charged money for the service, i trust Natwest, been let down, sorted out myself, been humiliated as a wasting people time person. so questions are 1) why i be charged for an unprofessional service that made me stress, waiting for so long with no result? 2) why my complained not been taken further and no one ever did anything about it? 3) is this Natwest typical type of service? this is so unacceptable and very frustrating seriously affecting my personal life and my business so much whats wrong with NatWest services?

My card was blocked without communication from the bank...I am trying to pay my bills and buy things for Christmas and I can't. I contacted the bank and they told me that I was vitim of fraud. This is a disgusting situation. This is a terrible Bank service. Not support...nothing.

I came in to the bank to withdraw some Euros, however at the end of my transaction I requested to update one of my savings account. I was seen within 5 minutes by a senior savings account adviser despite not having booked an appointment. Tabitha was extremely efficient, we resolved about 3 years of my bank admin in under 30 minutes. I got the products I wanted and was very satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend Tabitha and this Natwest Cardiff Branch. Reminded me why I've been a Natwest customer for 14 years.

Wait time in branch is unacceptable. It seems that the how and where they offer services is designed to make it so you don't want to go in and do everything online instead. I used to champion NatWest as a bank but it the last year have grown more and more dissatisfied.
