After today idk what to do with the 105 bus driver earlier today(2:19pm). I flagged him down and got my card out to get on had masks ready and everything and he didn’t stop for me or my partner. Could see us light of day and still didn’t stop I would give the other drivers a well done but today I’m not happy with the new driver

The driver of this bus this morning was meant to be at Swallow Way at 6.56am. He arrived at 7.13am. He didn't recognise my ONS discount card and so I had to tell him the price. He then issued a ticket before I paid and had a go at me because I wanted to pay by card. When I tried to swipe my card he pushed my hand away. NEVER AGAIN!

Consistently lose buses from their schedule leaving people waiting for the next bus. No apologies only shrugs and excuses about traffic. Waited 1 and half hours tonight for a no show. Bad attitude with quite a lot of their staff. Not all but most.
