Craig is superb with communication and him and his team show the utmost professionalism. They were on time, very polite and always cleaned up after themselves. They laid a herringbone Amtico flooring for us and the attention to detail was outstanding. Would highly recommend Craig and his team.

Immensely pleased with the excellent work carried out by Craig and his team on our kitchen, hall and conservatory floor. The luxury tile flooring was laid to a beautiful finish. They are clearly tradesman of the highest calibre and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having a new floor laid. I had been quite concerned about the potential finish as the old floor was not very level. However, they put down a perfect layer of latex and by the time they had finished, you could not see the slightest lump under the new tiles. Very grateful to Craig, Jason and team for the excellent communication, reassurance and customer service they provided.

The guys were on time and provided a professional service, my flooring looks fabulous, on finishing the job my room was left immaculate. I plan to use Nova Flooring in the near future, highly recommended.
Craig and his team provided excellent service from the initial quotation through to the supply and installation of a large LVT bedroom floor and set of stairs with LVT. He provided good advice on the best way to install the floors. He respected our property and went to extra effort to protect existing decoration and furniture. He has also provided good after sales care which not all companies do. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Nova Flooring.
We gave Craig a really tricky brief- to fitted floor restored, reclaimed floorboards in our living room and kitchen and he was brilliant every step of the way. Highly recommended.
