5 star customer service with a great sense of honesty. I phoned the shop in the morning and asked if there was any pandemic restrictions (in case I couldn't test out the guitars) and mike was nothing but helpful saying \we want to see you\. The shop had a large range of every top make inc fender, yamaha and taylor. I left a happy chappy with the guitar I wanted and the whole process was a joy. Thanks again Mike and thank you for letting us use the loo. Johnny
Really nice and helpful staff. I needed help with an instrument of mine and Mike kindly sorted it for me. I'll be back in the future for sure.
