I've rented my large organic, pesticide free, creature friendly allotments for the past 17yrs at PPA & in that time I've made many friends & learned to grow most of my own food Its always been a pleasant easy going site with friendly 'happy go lucky' faces...that was until recently, when a nasty, vicious dragon residing near the top gate, who's snarl is worse than her fiery breathe joined the committee. Before said dragon's arrival, I'd have praised the entire site & it's occupants on our/their volunteering work & general site maintenance etc. But since this Blonde Dragon has arrived, I'd now only scream AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! the place , because she will make your life there a misery, guaranteed - she also eats baby frog's, butterflies, puppies, kittens & the occasional child, that wanders too far from their parents...you have been warned

Plural of frog is frogs, not frog's.

Perhaps my favourite place :) I love my little piece of the earth here. Its a very friendly site, the free manure, chippings and water and a great bonus and everything is always very neat and tidy with easy parking as well as easy access on bike or foot. It is a little pricier than other sites I have seen talked about, but still well worth the small contribution. I'm into my third growing season now and really seeing some great results from the hard work of the past two years.
