Although this occurred 2 years ago I feel i need to leave a review as I find myself once again looking to visit tile showrooms to remodel a second bathroom. And this memory during an already frustrating time came up. Once again, I walked into the Newport road showroom, looking for ideas and possibly an expensive purchase for a feature wall in an extension bathroom. I was met with staff who appeared unbothered, sat at their desks and didn't even give a courtesy smile. In fact, I almost felt like I was annoying them walking around and in between them. I fell in love with some copper tiles and looked around for someone to give me a quote but everyone just busied themselves or looked like they weren't available. I was very annoyed and upset and I wasn't sure if it was because of the way i dress, or it was just them. I promptly left and ended up making a purchase elsewhere. It still upsets me to think about that visit as I had specifically planned this outing weeks in advance and asked family members to stay with the baby for me to move freely. A waste of time.

I agree with the post below - I ended up buying all my Porcelenosa tiles and all four bathrooms from Brad at Narduzzo in Newport , who took all the stress away, planned and organised everything in detail, sorted sizes, tracked products and the communication was great.
Seems that all the reviews left had the same experience as me. I managed to slowly walk around the whole showroom passing your staff members whilst they were sat at their desks and walking around. None seemed busy but not one of them said hello or asked if I needed any help. Will not return. Mandarin stone on the other hand all members of staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. You need to teach your staff some manners.
A contrast to the reviews. I went in to browse and was dressed having just come from the gym - so looked a little out of place. I was gently approached and Jose was really helpful showing me all of my options. One thing I've noticed that this isn't like your normal pressured sales kitchen/bathroom shop, it's higher end with allot less pressure. You need to make an appointment to see the salesman to go through things in detail - there aren't salesmen just wondering around trying to lure you into buying, if the reps are all busy then it may feel like you're being ignored but it's simply because they are already with clients. Jose was great getting a super CAD design in detail, producing some good ideas and giving me options I'd not thought of, he really understood what I was looking for in terms of style and tiles. Communication has been great and a good experience. He even came in on his only day off for the week to get everything finalised for me. Thank you!
I had excellent service from Joseph. He ordered tiles for my bathroom which are really beautiful and at a very good price.
