As soon as I walked into the store I felt very uncomfortable as if I wasn’t welcome I’m the store. It felt as if you wasn’t allowed to purchase items which I needed. A lot of the shop was closed off I understand this due to it being an non essential due to covid which I get but it made the store look as if it was closing down. I found the items went to to till to pay and was told “I’m shut” so I went onto another till which a customer saw me coming and ran to the till straight away. I wanted for a while another colleague was collecting baskets. I waited patiently to be served but the customer in front her card was declined so had to wait further. The colleague opened up another till but it was to late as the items was already at the front of the till waiting. The customer assistant thanked me for my patience.

Good old poundland..Parking is no problem.. My kids love it.. Not everything is a pound.:)

As always, always polite and the young boy who looks like the disabled comedian of Britains got talent is very positive and gives great service always smiling, ill catch youre name next time but im sure they will work it out.

Always good stocked but great service today from the male on the first till who was busy queue busting and filling up the baskets between customers. Really helpful and friendly staff
