I’ve had a really positive experience with Smart Solutions. Please don’t be put off by any negative reviews. Nikola at Smart Solutions has been brilliant, found me employment quickly and of which was suited to my interests, she has been professional and kind and has shown a genuine interest in how I’m doing with follow up emails and has been quick to answer any questions I may have had( even during her holiday)

Was hired by these to work at lamb way recycling centre, the add said it was between 9 - 10.42 But at the induction was told it was 8.72ph. Also was told the induction was paid but after receiving my payslip and phoning them back seeing as I was underpaid I was then told it was unpaid induction. Possibly the worst agency I've ever been with. This is why I don't do agency work. What a load of aids.

Just a terrible agency! The people there are unprofessional and just can't be bothered, I done a weeks for these and was under payed 40, which I will probably never see, stay away from this agency if u can.
