AVOID AT ALL COST IS OUR ADVICE! The owner has no understanding of customer service, moral values or how to be honest. Completely unreliable, rude, several times he did not turn up, we had to pay his fitting team to finish the job after the fire sat waiting for 6weeks. Definitely don’t pay anything beforehand. There was no issues regarding conduct or workmanship of fitting team. And have nothing but disgraceful text messages from owner & fitters this eve. Was just two week lockdown- as we are key workers and couldn't see it was essential
Wouldn't recommend, they informed me my fire would be here in a couple of days, then after taking the money they said the supplier was out of stock , but the fire would be with them towards the end of the following week. I asked for a refund, as I didn't want to wait, and now 2 weeks later, I haven't seen the refund.Im raised a chargeback with my back, so my bank will refund me as soon as I have signed all the paper work.Stay away.
Excellent. We had to change the stove because the colour wasnt right. Our fault. Dafydd went above the call of duty to get a 3 day turn around for new one to be delivered and old to be collected. Excellent
