Under no circumstances will I get food from here again. My first issue with taco bell was an order delivered by deliveroo missing half the food we had paid for when contacting the restaurant, we were told it was nothing to with them and deliveroo must have lost it. Second issue after collecting food myself, finding a quesadilla to have the taste of chemicals on it. When phoning the branch, the woman told me nothing they could do about it contact head office, when asking to speak to the manager, firstly he blamed deliveroo, then said it was the taste of spicy sauce, then i was told the food gets delivered to them like that, they just put it together and send it out, he told me he would contact head office and be in touch. Since then I have contacted head office, given them all the details and managers name, no reply in a month. I will not use this place again. No social distancing inside, delivery drivers hanging around doorway.

Decent food for an inflated price. Jane was lovely on the door and made sure we got a table. The food was hot but takes at least 20 minutes to come to you, so not really fast food. Only about 8 tables in there, more tables outside but no umbrellas unfortunately. Nice to have ordering screens aswell.
I'd love to say that this place was cheap and cheerful but it's neither. Drab interior, poor quality food and tiny portions. Soft drinks are self service. You can order ahead on the app, order via in-store screens or the old fashioned way at the counter. Be prepared for impersonal service. You can see the kitchen so you can see the interested staff chucking your food together and in no particular rush. If you're after this kind of food there's far better around, they may be slightly more expensive but well worth paying the extra.
Our 1st visit to the Cardiff restaurant, must say good good, served hot and fresh. Great range and value for money. We'll be back for sure. Stay safe
The food and price is great but service is terrible. We paid for 3 mountain dews and a bottle of water and only got 2 mountain dews. There were 3staff not socially distancing preparing the food, one guy on tills who didn't do anything and his one job of putting the drinks in the order he didn't even do correctly
