This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not trust them. I pursued a legal debt recovery and sent the invoices over, they consistently miscalculated the total amount even though I stated in my letter what was owed. This went on for two weeks and when I called them up, aside from hearing a baby crying, the lady on the phone said it is better to email as it's easier to sort things out than via phone, which is completely untrue. I cancelled the case after they sent the first letter, as it was too risky. When I properly pursued the company who owed me via the government website, I was paid, minus the charges. However, a month later, without any communication, this debt collector got back in touch with their bailiff email saying I owed them a 10% commission for being paid, even though there had been no communication since I cancelled their work. I called them up and she said how do I know that they weren't the ones who sorted the debt out. Like so many of these companies, they showed me they do not care about their clients whatsoever. They do not have an office at this address, which I found out after calling a proper debt collector. I can NOT TRUST THEM.
