Fantastic Experience. I requested a call back regarding a watch and was contacted exactly when requested. The advisor Jordan was knowledgeable about the watch and clear and concise with his advice. Me and my wife travelled from Norwich to Watches of Wales to collect two Rolex day dates we had seen on their Instagram. I had been in contact with the shop a week prior to collecting them and they responded very quickly every time. After having a bad experience a few weeks previously with a watch shop in London I was worried about the condition of the watches being as good as they looked online. However, we were both very happy with both the watches, they looked good as new even though they were 30 years old. I had been looking for a specific one for a long time and so was very happy to finally find it and purchase! The service we received was second to none and we would highly recommend the company to everyone. They were all very professional and knew a lot about the watches we bought. We would happily travel this far again to purchase from Watches of Wales!
At Watches Of Wales I found what for me is the perfect watch. I made an appointment the day before, when I arrived the store was lovely and clean and the watch that I was buying was waiting for me. Strap needed some adjustment with 3 extra links, all of that was taken care of with no issues. From a customer service point of view it was fantastic, despite all the doom and gloom in the world at the minute the purchase still felt very personable. Couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Really poor communication and only interested in getting the sale. Post purchase they aren't interested in you unless you're from blue peter or the welsh rugby team. Proceed with caution.
