Every time I have a question or an alteration, it is done without question or judgement! All of the staff are very flexible, accommodating and patient, especially Rebekah, Caitlin, Joe and Steve! This is a new Church Parishes site – not a commercial site I can’t thank Webfactory, Caitlin, Bee, Rebekah and designer Jamie enough for their help and patience in developing and designing our site. Because of the restructuring in our Diocese, Webfactory had to - more or less - design three websites in one from our design welcome pack requirements. Jamie and Webfactory have made an excellent job of this and the site is easy to navigate to and from all of the pages The Webfactory response to all of our queries, via telephone, e-mail or online chat has always been quick and efficient . They have even created some short Manager Help instruction videos to guide us through the site updating processes which will enable others to help us manage the site Our site contents updates are still ongoing, but Webfactory have anticipated any requirements we may eventually need with their excellent site design, menus layout and our easily accessed upload/update options - and they’re always there to help Webfactory are very highly recommended Jim Murray Seapeace Catholic Churches

The design team nailed the brief both times, Having been a customer for several years I know there after sales and continual running service is just as good as the initial service. The whole team are helpful and friendly and nothing is every to much for them.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Customer services were prompt and accurate answering our questions prior to ordering. Once ordered, the welcome pack is detailed and ensures you provide the information required for the designer and 'wow' - the designer produced an unbelievable interpretation of what was asked for by virtue of the welcome pack. There was only one change to the draft and it was a change in message vs what we had asked for after reviewing the website. It was changed immediately without question. The attention to detail, customer service and friendly contact is exceptional - they really do care about your business. Checking and double checking, especially if they have a concern you haven't thought something through. We purchased based on Google searches and reviews and 'took the plunge' after a couple of chats with the customer service team and well worth it. I cannot commend Jamie, the designer and Bee in customer services highly enough. They are our 'dream' web team! Absolutely brilliant!
