Jonathan was very helpful, kind and professional and did listen to our request, shown a number of car options last week before we seen a Ford Focus estate that we took for a test drive and concluded to buy this car. Fantastic service. Craig Morgan the vehicle technician went above and beyond. A credit to the company. So friendly, welcoming and helped so much. Nothing we asked for or had questions about was not a problem for him. He went above and beyond. I think this gentleman should be promoted ASAP. Friendly lovely guy. Wessex Garages were really helpful and I'd recommend them because: The sales and service team are first rate. Especially Jonathan Roedemer. His vehicle knowledge and patience are exceptional. Also having our car serviced by your outstanding service team is totally stress free. We felt confident in choosing a Hybrid car, even though we have no experience and only a little google knowledge, as Jonathan will be there to support us through the transition period.
