Yesterday I went with my mum to reserve some balloons for fathers day and they gave us a receipt to come back today to collect them and the sales assistant (RUTA) in the Crawley shop didn't keep the balloons that we reserved and gave them to someone else. THE MANAGER CLAIRE SHOULD SACK HER BECAUSE SHE HAS RUINED FATHERS DAY FOR MY DADDY. CLAIRE THE MANAGER SHOULD SACK THE BLOODY WOMEN AND STUFF HER.
