Friendly, helpful staff and great selection. I regularly visit the store for gifts and cards because of the range of different products available compared to other high street card shops. All of the staff are polite and welcoming in particular Nicky who is always attentive and goes out of her way to help. Would recommend for last minute gifts!
I have used the shop on a number of occasions and I always come out feeling happy ️. I have never met a friendlier bunch of staff. On my last visit my son and I were greeted as we entered, helped with the choice of photo frame and then both the young lady on the till and manager had a chat. I great experience all round. I always try here for gifts etc and that really is down to such nice staff.
This shop has very poor customer service. i purchased goods in one of their stores, when i got home the card had the sticker actually on the front of the card, I didn't think anybody did that anymore. Even taking it off as carefully as I could it damaged the front of the card. I also bought an pocket angel card which I didn't notice until I got home said 'daughter angel" as I was not giving it to my daughter I could not use it. I sent a letter to I Candy but the address was wrong and on trying to find out the phone number of head office, it appears they have no head office. I rang around the stores and nobody seems to know where the head office is. Very strange!!

Some of the Xmas cards on sale here are disgusting and obscene. I would not recommend taking young children into this shop.
