Had a problem with my sister in social care and I talked to Nicola Taylor who explained to me all the issues I had and how best to deal with them she gave me really sound advice after months of getting nowhere with social services and made me more aware of what I could do regarding my sister I would highly recommend care navigators and Nicola who’s knowledge of the system was first class.
