Went to the Brighton Showroom this morning...very impressed with the way we were welcomed. Looked after by Charlie, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being in the least pushy! We had done our homework prior to our appointment so just needed to have a trial ride.....instant decision made to buy. Great all round experience!
I went into store looking for a new rise recliner chair and I was so impressed with the service received. I was also impressed with the layout of the showroom and the number of choices available, Vicky was very polite and helpful even making me a cup of coffee. I was given plenty of space and time to try out all of the different models and I felt so comfortable and at no time pressured. I would 100% recommend CareCo and I will definitely be returning for any other mobility needs in the future.

We were looking for reclining chairs there was a wide choice and the help we received was first class. We were encouraged to try the chairs and given good advise for our needs. Overall a wonderful and very safe experience
