If you really love your family and stay away from this company. Management needs retraining to how to respect services users and carers like myself. I worked through the pandemic months 12 hrs a day and never even given a word of gratitude, while all of the management sat on their arse at home, including the Coordinator. The supervisor has mental issues, she is a fake and a liar and the woman manager she is vile.
