Caremark (East Riding) cared for my gran on a daily basis. The care she received was excellent. The carers, as well as the office staff, are all so friendly and very helpful. Outstanding care provider, would highly recommend.

Twice 2 carers have thrown away cooking pans of mine because they were too lazy to clean them. So many times I've had to spend money on replacing things in my home and now I'm getting very impatient about it. I know the pans have been thrown away because I've checked my bin. I'm not gonna keep wasting money on replacing things just because 2 carers are too lazy to clean my pans. They could have just left it and I could have had someone else clean it, no need to throw my dishes in the bin. I've really had enough of this and hope the CEO reads this because I'm losing my trust with their staff now.

One of the carers threw away a bag that had my legal documents in and now I can't find that bag anywhere. It had my birth certificate, deed poll papers and my passport. Now I'm stuck in Hull for the rest of my miserable life. Thank god I'm killing myself so I can finally get away from this horrible city and away from the horrible people.

My brother has been “cared” for by Caremark for a number of years now and the experience has been horrific. I use the word care in an extremely wide way. They come for an hour to clean for him yet repeatedly leave after 30 minutes. They are supposed to check on him each evening to make sure he eats properly yet teatime can stretch between 3.30 in the afternoon to 7.00 in the evening. Despite constant complaints and emails, I am ignored. So because of this I am withholding payment until the contract that we agreed to is adhered to and I urge everyone else to do the same. They would not even have one star if it was up to me!!
