Caremark looked after my Mother and were great. The care staff were kind and compassionate and the office girls were great. I would recommend.

My Father has used Caremark for a few years. He has built up a lot of trust with his regular Carers. He can depend on them three times a day at meal times and they do his shopping once a week too. It’s nice to know when I am not about that dad is going to be looked after.

I have been talkin to staff about training given when I have witnessed very poor practice !!!! The training is learnt from a book and no hands on training for manual handling, using slide sheets , emergency first aid !!!' This company should be shut down and any staff who work there should move to another Company for better training before a family member takes you to court and holds you accountable for the Company's negligence!!! Do not let this company care for a family member of yours please
