I will never buy anything from this store again. I have been trying since December 2014 to order replacement cushion covers for my sofa. It took 3 months before they could give me a price. I finally ordered them in 01st March 2015. Emailed head office in April, 3 weeks later I got a response. Head office found that the Guildford store had no record of my order. Almost June now, still waiting. As far as I'm concerned Cargo HomeShop is a disaster, and the Guildford store is an incompetent mess. Be warned - do not get furniture from this shop.

This shop is a Joke. My friend ordered dyning set and have been waiting for it for 2 months. LOL obviously she cancelled it and went to Argos.
