Screen on my Samsung needed replacing due to it smashing. Went in and unfortunately didn't have my screen in stock and with it being a bank holiday weekend they ordered the part which was delivered on Tuesday. Took my phone in and within in the hour it was replaced and working as it should. Recommended Cumbria Tech to my nephew a few weeks later whose phone had stopped charging and once again the service was outstanding. Once again part ordered and 24 hours later the phone was repaired! A great necessary service that puts all other mobile screen repair shops in Carlisle to shame. Prices are very reasonable as well!

I called in today to have a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 replaced. Done and dusted in just over an hour for a very fair 59. He’s tucked away a bit on castle street (but he’s in the middle of moving premises). Any friend’s or family need phones/tablets repaired I’ll not hesitate to recommend Sean and Cumbria tech. Cheers

After damaging my phone I put a quote out to a few different companies. Cumbria Tech came back the cheapest, spoke to Sean the next day to arrange the replacement and dropped it into him to get fixed the next day. Got it back no fuss, and just like new. Great Professional service!

I’m sorry to have to edit this review. About a week or so after I had my screen and battery replaced, my phones new LCD panel stopped displaying things, leaving me without a phone again. I brought it back and was told that I had dropped the phone and that I had caused damage to the display. The display is in mint condition with a screen protector on it and is in a case so I was confused. They said they had taken photos of the phone before the repair and that these photos proved the supposed damage had taken place after the repair. I asked to see the photos to verify their claim as I couldn’t see what could have caused an entire LCD panel to stop working but they refused to show me the photos, saying \they are my photos\. This review isn’t being edited to cause distress or dissent towards the company in question. I’m simply stating the facts of my experience so that others can be aware. (I was offered the chance to pay 110 to have it replaced again but I can’t afford to pay for another screen replacement if it’s going to break again and I’m accused of breaking it again).
