Best to avoid and find a vendor with a better returns policy. Check the fine print. Hortology have a returns policy which required you to arrange and pay for the return shipping. This can cost a considerable proportion of the original purchase price and it will also cost you in time energy and effort to get the item shipped back to them.

I have bought 14 plants and numerous pots in the last year from Hortology for my clinic. They all arrived very securely packaged with the plants in perfect order and all are now thriving. When I changed my mind about a plant pot size they readily changed the order. I highly recommend this company, customer service and plants excellent.

I love house plants and have used a few websites to purchase some that I have had difficulty finding. Hortology is by far the best! The range of plants is great. I was impressed by my first order, the plant quality is very good (I have had a few plants go at have died grom the journey or overwatering when packaged).I bought two cactus in my first order they arrived in great protective packaging and are both doing very well. On my second order I bought another cactus and a pot to put it in. I had ordered the wrong pot size which the Hortology team noticed and got in touch with me to check exactly what I needed. Terrufuc customer service...I cannot speak highly enough of this fab company!

We drove 50 miles to visit this garden centre but could not find it. We looked for a phone number on their website but there was none. Google maps took us to the correct street but no signs for garden centre. Their website says open 24 hours every day. Untrue!!
