Initially I was very worried about ordering a hot tub online, I decided to go with the Lakeland Spa’s because of their good reputation and reviews. I can honestly say that the whole experience from order to delivery has been amazing. Mark and his wonderful team are so attentive, they kept me up to date on the progress of my tub, sent me videos of it running etc. and they were always happy to reassure any concerns I had. I Literally spent two weeks mailing them daily and receiving a response within the hour. The delivery point was over 250 miles from their showroom, Mark managed to sort out everything at a brilliant price. Our hot tub is beautiful and as a preloved it arrived in even better condition than sold. With a full service and many brand-new cosmetic parts without any additional cost. This is a family run business that takes pride in their customer service, I would recommend Lakeland Spas and Cabins to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub, regardless of where you are based.

Lovely family run company who were more than helpful in sorting out all the little details, thanks Holly! The install team were fantastic, ours was not an easy install but the guys sorted everything out with the minimum of fuss. The guys also spent lots of time explaining how everything worked, gave us plenty of useful information of how best to care for our new spa. All in all a brilliant service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
