Had a look at some cars here, we decided to buy a BMW x5. The salesman Derek Fulton was so helpful ,nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone interested in buying a car, ask for Derek and I'm sure you will be as happy as we are.

The Lexus car we have is very good. However the service department leaves a lot to be desired . Very poor communication. A failure to deal with matter at a service which should have been attended to. I made a 4 hour round trip to have a annual service etc and now am faced with going to another garage to resolve wheel camber/tracking issues. Not good enough. I will not use this dealership again.
Very professional and first rate experience at Lexus Carlisle thanks to Derek and Mark. Derek was incredibly responsive and personable from first phone call through purchase and even after collection. Derek made buying a car at the other end of the country a seamless and enjoyable experience. Great blend of modern digital technology for videos with excellent real world customer service. Staff were Polite, Helpful, and Knowledgeable plus able to provide the part I need with not too long a lead time, the atmosphere was pleasent and calm.
I bought a used car from Lexus Carlisle in Oct 2015 and since then elect to travel 210 miles round trip each year for servicing and MOT. Same for a couple of warranty claims I made. This Lexus dealer is truly top draw when it comes to customer service. They actually deliver outstanding service and more importantly they listen to their customers and will always offer sound advise without looking for an opportunity to sell. You could not get a better level of service anywhere else. Generous with their time and what they say they will do is done every time.
