Waited in line in this shop 3 times in past day. It takes far too long over 10 minutes (no exaggeration) every single time. Every time there were only a couple of people ahead of me. No excuse really apart from the slow and incompetent staff. I was also told I couldn't use a gift card on the machine.... After waiting 15 minutes I decided I better just try because I don't have all day to wait. And guess what....? You can use giftcards. Deffo won't shop here again. Not worth the stress.

WARNING!! MAFIA RUNNING THE CAR PARK don't shop and leave the car park like I did they take pictures of you leaving then fine you 60 as it's in the terms and conditions !! I will never shop at MATALAN ever again this is a scam !
