I 100% recommend Samantha Ward Aesthetics! Ive been getting monthly microdermabrasion treatments with Sam for nearly a year now! i have really missed this over the 4 months of lockdown and on Saturday i finally got back to my treatments. I cannot explain how clean, smooth and amazing my skin feels again. Sam is just perfect, and i always feel welcome to message her instagram for advice if my skin is having a flare up. When beginning treatments, Sam gives you a free consultation, evaluating your skin, and telling you what she believes is the best option for you. During sessions, my skin has gone from being red with acne and scars, to more clear and less painful, with the mixture of microdermabrasion and the Pill, which Sam recommended. Her new premises looks fabulous, and has such a calming vibe, which is perfect after a hard week at work. Sam has taken every precaution to ensure herself and customers are safe during this pandemic, and i still feel as comfortable as ever. I am looking forward to trying out new beauty treatments soon. lots of love, Em x

I couldn't rate this clinic & Sam enough. I went to Sam almost 2 years ago with a problem I've had for a good part of my life& having unwanted hair in a particular area made me feel very paranoid& self conscious& it really did affect my daily life. Sam made me feel very comfortable& she was very honest in saying it will never totally remove it but will definitely reduce the hair coming through and become finer& with having various hair removal treatments before I was very sceptical this would work. I decided to have a course of hair removal treatment& I needed a few more after the course as we both felt I wasnt where I wanted to be& Sam continued the treatment monthly until I was happy which is what we did. I will be honest i was still conscious of the area& could still see a shadow so i went back& she reassured me it wasnt that bad& i can have top ups every 3 to 6 months which I still do.I came to the conclusion it was me that was seeing it more than others and she gave me her time& we chatted& she instantly made me feel better& I needed to trust the journey I had been on. I'm now at a place where I actually look at the area& I can see such a difference& dont feel as self conscious which if you have unwanted hair in an area that is visible you will understand, I used to cover the area when i was talking to people & i now dont do this& that feeling is amazing. I want to so thank Sam for her care,knowledge& professionalism she really is so lovely& I would highly recommend her if you are suffering with a problem with unwanted hair if it affects youre daily life like it did to me. This is such an essay but I'm only at a place now where I can now share this,thanks again sam& hopefully see you soon in you're new clinic.Im forever grateful, love Kerryxx

Can't say enough how professional and caring the staff and treatments are here. I have finally found a salon I can go to in Carlisle I am truly happy with. Thank you Samantha and your team for making me feel comfortable and happier.
