Sadly my experience in this a&e department was not the best. No one ever wants to go to a&e and the staff didn’t really make the experience one to remember. I fell and sustained a nasty head injury. No urgency was given to me after check in and on requesting further help we received negative feedback. Triage nurse in particular was patronising. Unfortunately it didn’t end well when person attending to my injuries managed to get superglue in my eye! All very traumatic and an experience I’d rather forget so on this basis I wouldn’t want to go back in a hurry
