I have to say I was a little sceptical to start with as I've never used or even seen a service like this before. However after speaking with Caroline she made me feel it was worth a go, besides I was only going to dump the bike anyway. Caroline takes all the work out of making a little extra cash, she came and collected my old mountain bike, a saddle bag, pump and some tools. Before I knew it it had all been sold and I was sent my money. It couldn't have been easier and it saved me binning a bike and bits that obviously someone could use.
