Carpark - NT (Norcott Hill)

The small rough National Trust (NT) free carpark at the very top of Norcott Hill for access to Northchurch and Berkhamsted Commons (part of the Asheridge Estate). Its typically provided for walkers. It only takes about six cars. If the carpark is full, the NT recommends you go elsewhere rather than park all over the verges etc. There are plenty of other little carparks all around the Asheridge Estate. This carpark marks the end of the public road which vehicles may freely travel. Beyond this point, the road is signed as private, but free access is allowed on foot so to ramble over the common.
