Brilliant, great service. Very impressed, my experiences with other mobile phone companies have been awful and the Carphone Warehouse in Penzance is a breath of fresh air. They could not have been more helpful and have the cheapest deals by far, thanks.

Went in to the Penzance branch to exchange a phone I bought outright. There was no problem what so ever in exchanging it for another model. My daughter is autistic and came along for the ride, the gentlemen behind the counter kept her occupied while Josh did the exchange. I don't know the other gentlemen's name but both employees deserve a pat on the back (perhaps a pay rise or bonus would be nice HQ?). This was a Sunday afternoon when another store (namely St.Austell) said they couldn't process the exchange until the morning. Apparently the lady said they were so busy people were queuing outside. Personally I think they wanted to shut up early. Anyhow, Josh and his colleague rescued Carphone Warehouse reputation with fantastic customer service and some imaginative play with my little one. It just shows that some times its the small things that help the most. Well done guys!

Today whilst on Holiday my Samsung s6 decided to freeze on me. It then died on me! So I dashed to carphone warehouse panicking as all my holiday photos are on my phone plus Facebook lol! (My contract is with carphone warehouse.) The Gentleman and Lady serving where really kind charged my phone up to check it was OK then showed me what to do in the future if my phone freezes. Thanks guys.
