GOT A PAY AS U GO FOR MY SECOND PHONE WITH ID MOBILE IT TURNED OUT BE A USELESS NETWORK SO DECIDED TO GET A PAC CODE SO I CAN JOIN A MORE RELIABLE NETWORK. ID WERE GIVING ME THE RUN ROUND EVEN ISSUED ME A INVALID PAC CODE WHEN CALLED AGAIN THE WOMAN WAS UNFRIENDLY. PROBABLY OUT OF SPITE SAID I FAILED THE SECURITY QUESTIONS. HOW CAN ANYONE FAIL SECURITY QUESTIONS?1 ITS MY PERSONAL DETAILS FOR CRYING OUT LOUND!!! ANYWAYS......I WAS TOLD I HAD TO GO IN STORE TO CARPHONE WAREHOUSE TO PROVE THAT I AM WHO I AM. ARRIVED AT THE STORE TWO MALE STAFF WERE THERE ONE STANDING AND THE ANOTHER ONE SITTING WITH HIS ARMS CROSSED THAT SCREAMS TO ME UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPPROACHABLE! THE ONE STANDING STARTED SHOOTING HIS MOUTH OFF WITHOUT LETTING ME EXPAIN WHY I WAS THE HE SAID "WE CAN'T DEAL WITH IT YOU HAVE TO CALL YOUR NETWORK" I RESPONDED BY SAYNG THAT I HAD CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD TO COME TO Carphone Warehouse STORE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS. THE GUY STANDING JUMPS IN AGAIN ASKING WHAT DO YOU NEED? I SAID A VALID PAC CODE. AT THE SAME TIME I AM CALLING ID MOBILE AND HE IS TELLING ME TO HANG UP THE PHONE. HUH HELLO?! DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO WITH MY PHONE!! WHILE THE ANOTHER GUY SITTING WITH HIS ARMS CROSSED LIKE SOMEONE IS FORCING HIM TO BE THERE! DIDN'T SEEM LIKE HE WANTED TO HELP ME AT ALL PUTS IN THE INFORMATION ON THE SYSTEM. MR GRUMPY AND MR KNOW IT ALL! NO WONDER THE STORE WAS EMPTY WITH THOSE TWO THERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Best price products on the high street. Had to wait a while to be served but what do expect on a busy Saturday! Well worth the wait.
Ended up getting a phone upgrade, although the staff seemed more interested in signing me up to a broadband package. Perhaps it's my age but if they were anymore laid back, they'd be asleep.
Disastrous customer service. These people made a fundamental error in trying two credit checks for me with vodafone for me when I asked for two SIM cards. The second check failed. They then said they could only offer one SIM as a result. I went direct to vodafone directly to fnd the first check had passed just fine with more than enough credit, the issue was in making a second check which was always bound to fail as enough credit (100s) was offered on the first Having made this basic error this store then signed me up for the wrong deal which wasn't wanted. When I tried to get this cancelled well within the cooling off period they wasted my time over days and weeks saying I needed to call this number or that number or speak to this person etc, time went by then they said I couldn't cancelled I was outside the cooling off period! Calling customer service directly you reach a bunch of useless people in call centres often abroad who have poor english and just offered more corporate stone-walling. They offered me the store managers name to contact back where I started and offered me the name of the previous one who had left months ago! What a joke. Having r

Absolutely terrible, claims to be open Sundays, but actually isn't once you get there. Even when it is open you get subpar service, often having to wait ages to even be served. Don't even bother going
Don't bother...website says it's open..damn thing shut when you arrive..ring Huntingdon, all you get is an old 60's cd playing...no one answering...UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE
