Used the shop to get a phone for my brotherinlaw who is in a care home. Very helpful and caring staff.
Got a payg sim for my son about a month before his contract was up. They didn't say that as soon as you bought it that it would be activated. So when I loaded it in there was no credit and I had to phone O2. Luckily they seen that it wasn't used and refunded the credit to the phone.
Good if you want a phone not so if you already have one
