The staff (specifically Connor) were amazing the other week when I wanted to change operator and get a new phone. Very helpful, very informative and worked out any of the problems I had. Definitely received great service

Went in store and spoke with Ryan, fantastic guy. His knowledge was outstanding of network providers and the coverage I'd receive from each one. He was able to recommend me handsets which he thought I'd benefit from the most, knew everything from the battery size, charge time and spec of the handset he was talking to me about. Highly recommended on his customer service.
I have used this carphone warehouse store on a number of occasions but recently had a phone repaired/exchanged. Ryan who served me was very knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Very good customer service and I will recommend this store to friends.
Stuff don’t like to talk to you. I am not saying rude in behaviour , they don’t like to talk. Just try to find the way how to ignore you. Just came from branch now and 3 stuff doing same . This feedback not gonna change anything but you got option for feedback , why not
All staff were really friendly and knowledgable on the phones in store. Went in looking for an upgrade and came out within the hour with a brand new contract and Iphone 8! Super happy :)
I went in for receiving a broken phone from them, there was a man and woman working and the woman served me. Both as rude as each other, woman kept sighing at me and told me to speak to the online team. I spoke to them and they said i shouldve gotten an exchange and to go back in store, didnt want to go back there so went to another store they looked at the phone and gave me an exchabge straight away. They do not know what theyre doing in this store and are very rude, would advise to stay away and use the one on trinity square instead, much better service! Will not be using this store ever again!

We chose carphonwerehouse, so disappointed! Very short staffed we really felt sorry for the guy serving us, he was continuously polite although he knew we waited so long for internet, Please appreciate the customers that rely on you to live up to your name. I stayed without the Internet before Christmas. I will never trust a carphone warehouse again. And customer services very rude.
