We had an excellent experience in Merry Hill Carphone Warehouse today. The young lady customer service assistant,Jeevan, went above and beyond to help my husband in choosing a new phone and giving great advice on a SIM. So helpful. Thank you

Actually, they are cheaper than going direct to the sim network provider's shop. I had a better deal on an EE network at carphone warehouse than EE could offer me from their own shop. And as always, very helpful staff.

Well I've visited carphone wharehouse merryhill on several occasions and I've always delt with someone who I did not find helpful hence why I delt with my upgrade over phone with carphone wharehouse. On receiving my new phone I had problems my sim would not work in my new phone and as I'm not much on the fast pace off technology I was pretty stressed but on arrival off visiting the store at merryhill on the lower mall I was greeted by a pleasant attentive lady and then a gentleman which I later got to know was the manager he made me feel at ease and sorted me phone out with no hassle no ifs no butts. Made me feel so comfortable he went beyond to help me as I'm a serial shopper and work with customers myself I've not had customer service like that in yrs so if anyone has an issue then ask for jagg and Hayden. I'll be returning for that level off service thank you so much

This is specifically for a lady who helped me in the store. She was patient on the repairs desk and spent a good 5 mins tracking my issue down. She found the issue that Virgin Mobile couldn't work out and whilst my purchase was only a cheap phone some 8 months ago, she dealt with me very professionally. This is the sort of thing that makes people go back. Anyone can sell a phone, product sells itself, not everyone is good at customer service and obviously switched on as well. Lady's name is Arusa, but not sure they can print that on the review.

What a terrible retail experience. Popped into Curry’s at Merry Hill to view and purchase a phone case from Carephone Warehouse. Waited 10 minutes while only Carphone staff person was dealing with another customer on computer. Eventually went to one of many Currys staff to ask if they could serve me. Said she couldn’t, but asked Carephone woman how long she would be. She was only person there, and stated I would have to wait 30 minutes to get served. No apologies for long delay. Couldn’t care less. Totally unacceptable in retail terms. Lost sale, but do they care. Carphone executives must be really proud of this. Would have given review no stars, but unable to do so. Retail arrogance at its worse. Customers don’t matter. And I thought Curry’s customer service was bad!

Used the opper level carphone warehouse 11 days to switch my number over and spent hours stuck up merry hill over 3 days . Nearly lost my phone number I've had for years Nice people just very Incompetent stay away

I feel staff so rude. I hv spent 500 cash and atleast serve customer with smile . I feel staff was rude .. very disappointing service staff
