The shop in Truro is brilliant. They sold us the new phone and explained things and when we hit problems - not being techno-minded - they were so helpful in explaining what to do. In particular, Dan, Jessica and William, who have all been helpful and didn't rush us. This made the "New Phone Problem" (to quote our grandson) a fun thing to solve and so not a problem at all!
Walked in wanting 2 specific phones, came out with 2 phones that were better for the same price. The staff are brilliant at finding you the best deal for your money. Very helpful and did what was best for you situation. The one is Camborne was never as Good as this one.
Brilliant staff! Helped me through getting my new phone and then when encountering problems they sorted them. Dan the member of staff even gave me his spare fast charging cable when the Camborne store were ready to send the phone off. Great knowledge definitely recommend :)
Served yesterday by Rosie, she could not have done more to help me find the best deals and help me understand the details etc. Shes by far the best sales person Iv ever come across and she’s rather easy on the eye which is a bonus :)
Mixed bag. The nature of what they sell takes time so this can lead to queues at busy times. On the plus side they have some excellent deals available on phones and broadband. Go when they are quiet and save money!
Bought a phone costing 500 quid here. They didn't have it in at the time which was fine, and they told me to come back the following Monday to collect it. When I arrived I found out that it was actually being delivered to my home address. Not a massive deal but a waste of a 45 mile drive nonetheless. Try to wake up a bit guys...
