Very casual uncaring girl on the phone didn't seem to want to know about my enquiry. Hummed to herself while looking for things and advised I go somewhere else, which i will but don't know of other companies that push customers away! Thanks for the quote I will go elsewhere. Shame because you are close to where I work and it would have been convenient.
Really poor customer service. They made up excuses as to why my phone was faulty to avoid fixing it under warranty and i ended up going back to the manufacturer as Carphone Warehouse refused to honour their legal obligation.
