Just got an amazing deal on a new phone, who would have know getting a new contract saves me 50 quid than upgrading my old phone!
Fantastic store to have in the centre of Cranleigh, great deals, top notch customer service. Saved me a fortune on my upgrade instead of going direct to the network and even saved me and my mum money on our broadband. Highly recommend.

Spent quite a long time with my 85 year old father, who is very hard of hearing, in this shop today. Staff were patient and helpful and responded well to my fathers hearing difficulties. They also suggested to me we requested he is flagged up as a vulnerable customer, so if he goes into any store or is rung up, the member of staff is aware of his age/hearing etc. What a great idea! Thank you.
Didn't really want to understand the customer's needs. Quite keen to sell us broadband though! Went away without buying anything.
Staff are always kind, friendly and helpful. I always walk away feeling like I have been given 110% customer service and can only speak positive things about this store. Would highly recommend.
