We had a fantastic young man called Johnathan he sorted my husband phone out as for 3wks he could not get on to his email. He took it to milton Keynes branch but they told him he need the buy a memory card which he did and still he had the issue. But this young man at the bedford branch was of great help and understanding and patience and solved the issue so i would like car phone warehouse to take on board that young ma is a valid part of that branch thank you Jonathan from the cooks

Stood outside the shop which is closed at 1630hrs on wednesday (online and at the store window says 1730hrs) after they orginsed my collect of phone today!! Thanks carphone warehouse only been without a phone for 4 days now due to your poor customer services!!!
Had went into an ee store for an upgrade for me and the wife they were unhelpful due to technical difficulties on their end went car phone warehouse Sam helped us get what we wanted at a much cheaper price , spent alot of time helping with our accounts and complete setup and transfer of data between old phones good customer service will be back
Can't rate this team enough! After having bought the galaxy s8 plus on release date i have had a couple of issues so went back to where i bought it (carphone warehouse in currys, st johns retail park) the service there was abysmal! They were not interested or even tried to help with my issues, all i got from them was "go to the samsung store in milton keynes". I wasn't impressed considering i spent 780 just a week ago with them, so tried my next local store in town. After showing them the issues, they first tried to diagnose it and when this failed they had no problem swapping the item. The team there are friendly, helpful and welcoming and i would happily recommend anybody looking for a phone to go there. As for the carphone warehouse inside Currys i would avoid at all costs.
